Meet The Team
Born and raised in Canada.
Discovered the love for cooking and creating recipes at an early age.
Studied at La Cite Collégiale in Ottawa and quickly gained numerous experience in catering/special events as well as line work.
He enjoys working in fast paced environments and is no stranger to batch production.
Born and raised in Mexico.
Developed her love of cooking at an early age, her mother and grandmother are Chef's.
She completed her training for both Cuisine and Pastry in 2002 at Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa. Since then has gained extensive experience in the food industry.
Her favourite activities include recipe and product development as well as imparting cooking classes.
